Plan
The plan is to build a Youth Baseball Program that will prepare the youth of Abaco for the opportunities in and around the sport. Through the program, young Abaconians and residents of Abaco will learn the fundamentals of the game combined with the academics needed to get to the next level qualifying them for scholastic opportunities. The plan will be a proactive approach to Youth Development that will be a positive influence in their lives.
Mission
Our Mission is to develop a competitive youth baseball League that will continue to grow developing young people into productive citizen of the Bahamas.
Our Goal
Our Goal is to be a youth Baseball League continuously striving to get better focused on the importance of education grounded in the principles of Friendships and Sportsmanship.

In all target areas, it is intended to have baseball facilities with teams associated with the AYBL. It is also intended to start an inaugural AYBL Nationals for Abaco teams associated with the league competing against each other. The league through their contacts and partnerships will host a variety of different coaching and developmental clinics to improve the overall game in Abaco. The AYBL would select an all-star line up that will compete at Bahamas Baseball Association Nationals held each year in Grand Bahama and all the other Baseball competitions in America.

Intentions
It is intended that the AYBL will commence by establishing a committee that will be made up of residents from the various areas of Abaco to manage the league ensuring transparency, accountability and fairness to all concerned. The AYBL will offer local and foreign businesses opportunities to hang their banners on the fence at the Baseball field.
The AYBL intends to run a summer camp that will act as an interest generator for the league. The league will commence registration in September 2019 working towards the formation of teams. The AYBL considers the parents and Guardians important aspects of this Youth Development program and in this vain, we will be hosting numerous seminars for parents and guardians on the values and principles of investing for Sports in the children, Proper Nutrition, preparation for college other important information in their role.

Membership
AYBL invites interested persons who want to help build this program to become active members. All active members will be up to date with all current, coming and important information. In some circumstance, members in the league will be afforded the privilege to participate in league voting process.
League Registration
An online application form is available for easy sign up for parents interested in enrolling their kids in the AYBL. All parents with Kids enrolled will automatically become members of the AYBL upon completion of the application.
Fund Raisers
The success of the AYBL is dependent on the funds donated to the leagues. The funds generated with be used to sustain the program. The AYBL will develop an annual fundraisers in all the different target areas that will be used towards the further growth and development of the league.
Summer development Program
The AYBL will host a 2019 summer baseball clinic that will lead up to the league commencement in September. The summer program will bring in Baseball Professionals to assist with the introduction of the games.

The AYBL leadership will consist of committee members who will make decisions which will be in the best interest of the League
